The Hudson Valley Umpire Association has been serving Dutchess County and Southeast Ulster County baseball leagues for more than 35 years with pride and confidence. HVUA umpires are committed to providing the professionalism every baseball league president, coach, and player expect and deserve. Our vast experience base along with a sizeable experienced membership allow us to meet the needs of all area baseball league schedules and tournaments for your spring, summer and fall baseball programs
